Emergence of Strong Decision Making

Whenever i’m confronted with a situation i’m gonna think what people will generally choose or which is a desirable option I have to solve this situation… And I’m gonna choose the exact opposite than what most people easily choose (using common sense is very important here).

People tend to exaggerate and magnify issues so that they can blame the problem was so bad that they couldn’t solve it or in case they were able to solve they can feel like an hero.

So I believe that just by removing different layers of other people’s exaggerated emotions and emotions of your own (fear) the problem will become much easier to solve.

Reaping Big Rewards

Wish I had realized this long long back. Not that I didn’t know..some how I didn’t realize it or see it the way I see it right now!

When you are out there trying to make money online..getting frustrated every single day and so many sleepless nights…if you are not not spending your time on the right kind of niche/project you are gonna burn yourself out and still end up with no success or maybe little success.

Go after big niches because that is where big money/reward is! When you start out the most usual trap marketers get into.. Omg those big niches are so saturated..pro marketers have already dominated those niches and I cannot compete with them..bids are going too high..or whatever such reasons you come up with. It is easy to choose a small niche and think once I make some decent money with this I’m gonna jump right into those big niches..which possibly is never going to happen.

I have been working on teespring for quite sometime now and the last two months I was being very observant and trying very hard to make it big some how by selling tees. I kept saying “just one campaign… Just one highly profitable campaign I need..everything is going to change” …yet I kept working on niches that’s not scalable even though it was selling decent.

I was trying to sell t-shirts for doctors for which I had a very small targetable audience on Facebook… I spent my time thinking about how I can scale this campaign outside Facebook and started spending a lot of time on market research. I was going to start with AdWords or buying direct media from few forums for doctors. What i didn’t realize was..Even if I found a good source outside of FB it’s not going to be scalable like I wanted. Instead of this if I had just focused on engineer niche which is super scalable just through Facebook ad platform..I would’ve had my successful campaign already.

I’m making a decision today… A very strong one…I will only choose a project if I know the reward is going to be huge.

Power of visualizing!

The more you practice visualizing things you get so good at it day by day…so you have a sudden idea and the quality of your visualization about it is much higher because you are a pro at it already.

So you start your day by visualizing what you are going to accomplish for the day or you do it before you go to sleep visualizing what’s on the agenda next day…every day you practice it’s like building muscles to your visualizing sense.

When to Stop Increasing Daily Ad spend – Facebook Advanced Tips

So recently i saw some people asking if increasing adspend in FB to scale campaigns will have a negative impact on CPC or the overall performance.

I will share with you the method that works for me.

Let’s say you have targets under one adset that gives you around 2 million audience. It doesn’t mean that all 2 million are active on FB all the time every single day. So let’s assume 30-40% of them (from this audience) are active every day on FB.

That brings down the audience to 800000 (40%). Meaning you have access to 800000 people every day in your niche. Just because your campaign is getting good ROI, if you blindly increase your adpend you will end up burning your money pretty soon.

Now my challenge is finding the sweet-spot. Meaning.. how much i can increase my daily adspend and still get a desired ROI consistently.

If i’m spending $50 per day with – 5% CTR – $0.15 CPC – 100% ROI – Consistently,
I will now increase my daily spend slowly up to $100 and check if it is affecting my CTR – CPC and ROI. I will gradually keep increasing until I have a negative effect on my above mentioned metrics.

When i spend more than $250 if FB is charging me more CPC or CTR drops (If you want to speed things up and you are OK with a 30% ROI it’s a different case), I will consider $250 as my sweet spot for this campaign.

Scenario #1

Now Let’s assume you have a budget of $50/day for this campaign and you are reaching 7000 people

with a CTR of 5% you are getting around 350 clicks

with a CPC around – 0.15

You are making a profit – $100 (ROI 100%)

 
Scenario #2

Adspend: $250/day – 5 times more reach

CTR: 4-5%

CPC: $0.15-$0.20

ROI: 50-100%

 
Scenario #3

Adspend: $275/day

CTR: 3-4%

CPC: $0.21-$0.30

ROI: 30-50%

 

So which one will you choose?
